Shipping policy

All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped between 3-5 business day.  

All pre-orders on merchandise items have a 3-5 week turnaround time. If customers place an order for merchandise that is on pre-order, they can expect their items to be delivered within this timeframe.

If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
